The Experience:


It is my desire for your family to have a fun and enjoyable experience while also capturing images you will cherish for years to come! I work hard to gauge what is needed throughout the entire session. Sometimes a family needs a moment of connection and sometimes they need to be active and incorporate movement. The most important advice I can give any family before a session is to let go of control and simply  let loose and have fun!

Regardless of the season, you're in and whether your babies are big, small, or furry, this time in your life deserves to be captured by something other than your iPhone. Family sessions were born from past wedding couples asking to document their growing families and now I just can't get enough!


I love creating photos to remind families that even though the car of their floor is covered in cereal, their laundry room looks like an episode of hoarders and mom and dad are in a permanent state of exhaustion, their love and their story are beautiful.

Travel expenses vary depending on the location of your session but, travel is typically included in my packages. For destinations outside my standard coverage area, additional travel fees may apply to cover transportation, lodging, and other necessary expenses. I’ll provide a custom quote based on your location, so there are no surprises—just seamless planning and stunning photos!

This is my family's first photoshoot, what should I know?

That’s so exciting! First of all, don’t stress. My goal is to make this a fun, relaxed experience. I’ll guide you through outfit suggestions and natural posing, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. The best photos come from genuine moments, so focus on enjoying time together rather than “perfect” poses. If you have little ones, let them be themselves! I’ll capture all the sweet, candid moments that truly reflect your family’s love.

What if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor shoot?

As your photographer, I always keep an eye on the weather leading up to your session! If the forecast looks unfavorable, we have a few options. We can reschedule for a better day, switch to a covered or indoor location, or embrace the weather if it’s something fun like a light drizzle for a playful vibe. My goal is to ensure you have a stress-free experience and beautiful photos, no matter what Mother Nature has in store!
